1) Please be aware that QMR do not require your simcard,memory card,if a console please remove games.
2) Please wrap your device in a jiffy bag or bubble wrap(we do not require your device's box)
3) Please attatch a repair form with your device, print this off following your email confirmation. If arranged over the phone please print off repair sheet following how to send option on right hand side of our website and fill it in.
4) Please attatch a note detailing your device fault,please also add your full name, and full address,and any quote we supplied.
5) When sending your device we recommend royal mail special delivery this will insure your device up to the value of Ł500 in the unlikely event of loss, or damage the postage of your device is your responsibility,please remember to keep hold of your proof of postage.
6) Please make sure you supply the battery with your device as we need to test it before sending back to you. 7)Please make sure you wright your IMEI/SERIAL number on the repair form this is found under the battery on a mobile phone, or by entering *#06# using your phone keypad.IF YOU CANT FIND DON'T WORRY WE WILL LOG YOUR REPAIR VIA YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER
