Confirmation

Cancellation

In the case of faulty goods, or goods which we have requested that you return to us, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods.

+ we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit for goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter AT THE TIME OF POSTING.

The guarantees provided by QMR are additional to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 24-72 hours if we have stock, but goods are subject to availability. .

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Shipping and Handling
QMR we aim to get items to you within 7 days; but normally much quicker. On the rare but inevitable occasion that we cannot deliver within this time frame, we will notify you by e-mail, and give you the option of canceling the order if you prefer not to wait. However, if you have an urgent order, we can ship to you for small additional charge.

Payment
Normal Remittance Terms are payment with order using our online payment system .PLEASE BE AWARE REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE CREDITED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION CARD.

Mistakes, complaints, and disputes
As a consumer, . If you have made a mistake in your order, you are covered.Although a more expensive repair will of course require additional payment, we will contact you via email to make this payment via our google secured account. If we have made a mistake in your order, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to ensure the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.

Faulty Goods
If the goods you ordered turn out to be faulty or arrive in a damaged condition, you must inform us within 72 Hours . If faulty, we will provide you with your choice of refund or replacement as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days of agreeing to provide you with the refund. If however, the goods returned are found to be working we will return the item(s) to you and an administration fee of 10% will be charged to you to cover delivery charges. (please note we will require engineers inspection of handset.

Mistakes in bills, receipts or payments
Whilst we endeavor to ensure accuracy in all that we do, occasionally mistakes do happen. We will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days of agreeing to do so.

Complaints

Repairs carried out by QMR
Any faults arising which are not connected to the repair will not be covered and will not be subject to any refund on the original repair. are given 3 months warranty on the repair and that warranty applies to the part used only.

Liquid damaged repairs are not covered under warranty due to the servere nature that liquid has on a live circuit board. Due to the damage caused by liquid on any electrical item, in certain circumstances the phone will not continue to work after our repair. This is due to the liquid making contacts on the board and after we remove all traces of the liquid this can result in a total system failure after our repair. We have not control on this and hold no responsibilty on this type of failure.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct pricing on repairs, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the repair (there may be a small admin fee of £10 charged if this is the case)
